Collection of biographies of Shangpa Kagyu masters, published from a rare manuscript. This collection, presumably compiled by Namkha Samdrup Gyeltsen (1408–1462), who was a student of Lapchiwa Namkha Gyeltsen and his biographer, focusses in the later part mainly upon the Jakpa transmission lineage of the Shangpa Kagyu begining with Gyeltsen Bum.
